UX optimisation · Front-end implementation · 2025
Turning research findings into measurable conversion gains.
For Dream Big Career, I led research, interface redesign and HTML/CSS implementation to make a coaching service clearer and more credible for international students.
Users could not see where to begin-or why they should trust the service.
A preference test with 20 international students ranked Dream Big last against four competitors. Analytics showed weak CTA engagement, short mobile sessions and shallow click depth. Competitive research connected these symptoms to missing trust signals, inconsistent actions and dense service comparison.

I paired interface changes with direct front-end implementation.
A/B tested table versus cards; cards improved scanning and mobile comparison.
Moved outcomes and employer signals earlier in the decision journey.
Rebuilt the logo carousel in HTML/CSS after Squarespace blocks limited responsiveness.

Every tracked engagement signal improved.
What I would measure next
The next step is connecting website events to completed bookings, then segmenting the experience for graduates, internship seekers and other distinct student needs.
Good UX becomes more credible when design decisions trace directly to observed behaviour and business outcomes.
